29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Combustible waste material and residues in a building or unit operating area were not kept to a minimum, stored in covered metal receptacles and disposed of daily: a) R.P Blair Trucking located at 1956 Ivyland Drive - On or about October 13, 2022 soiled rags containing combustible material were not stored in an approved metal container with a proper fitting lid.

29 CFR 1910.178(l)(6): Certification. The employer shall certify that each operator has been trained and evaluated as required by this paragraph (l). The certification shall include the name of the operator, the date of the training, the date of the evaluation, and the identity of the person(s) performing the training or evaluation. a) R.P Blair Trucking located at 1956 Ivyland Drive - On or about November 11, 2022 the employer did not certify that operators were trained and did not maintain certifications for employees operating the forklift.
