29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(i)(M):Powered industrial truck operators shall receive initial training in the following topics to include but not limited to operating instructions, warnings, or precautions listed in the operator's manual for the types of vehicle that the employee is being trained to operate: Employees engaged in forklift activities at 5105 South 33rd Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68107 were exposed to forklift hazards in that the forklift operators did not receive initial training on the operating instruction listed in the operators manual for the surfaces that operators may be required to operate on.
