29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Fireplace Professionals, LLC located at 1523 Cardiff Road, Upper Arlington, OH 43221: On and preceding October 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from falls while working on a roof of a two story residential home. A masonry crew was working on a chimney on the roof of a home at heights exceeding 15 feet at the eave. The employees were not utilizing a personal fall arrest system, guardrails or any other means of fall protection thereby exposing employees to falls up to 15 feet.
