Kitchen: A list of chemicals used by employees performing cleaning, maintenance and/or repair activities had not been complied. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.  b. Housekeeping: A list of chemicals used by employees performing cleaning, maintenance and/or repair activities had not been complied. Employees were exposed to chemical hazards.  c.
