29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i)(A): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by a standard guardrail system. (a) Storage Area - On or about October 13, 2022, employees were exposed to falls from heights due to a lack of guarding.

29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route. The exit access must not go through a room that can be locked, such as a bathroom, to reach an exit or exit discharge, nor may it lead into a dead-end corridor. Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level. (a) Rear of building - On or about January 28, 2021, the employer failed to ensure the rear exit door was unobstructed by material exposing employees to caught in hazards.
