29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1):Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: (a). Worksite located at 301 SW Eagles Parkway, Grain Valley, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the radial saws strain relief had been broken and thus exposing the saw's inner wires. (b). Worksite located at 310 SW Eagles Parkway, Grain Valley, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a shock or electrocution hazard in that the extension cords that were plugged into one another, had their strain reliefs pulled away and had the cord's inner wires exposed.
