29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): 11 Pleasant Street, Northampton, MA: On October 14, 2022 and at times prior, employees who operated the incompletely guarded cup sealing machine were exposed to crushed by hazards. On October 1, 2022, an employee operating this cup sealing machine received a fingertip amputation injury from the knife inside.
