1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 18645 Stroh Rd, Parker, CO 80134: On October 14, 2022, and at times prior, Brother's Construction Group, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that subcontractor employees, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees were conducting framing operations.
