WORKSHOP: On or about October 14, 2022 exposing the employees to cuts, lacerations and amputations where the employers' hazardous energy control lockout/tagout procedures were generic and not written step-by-step energy control, no alternative methods, in machine specifics for the employees during servicing and maintenance of equipment, such as (but not limited to) the press brakes, Amada laser, and Strippit Siena punch.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: WORKSHOP: On or about October 14, 2022 the employer exposed the employees to cuts, lacerations, and fractures from the points of operation on the following equipment were unguarded: 1. Two Amada HDS 8025NT press brakes. 2. Hurco press brake; PH 65-25. 3. Smaller hydraulic vice, unknown identification. 4. Larger hydraulic vice, unknown identification.
