Intelligent Designs 2000 Corporation dba Gobi Racks, 14509 E 33rd Pl Suite E. Aurora, CO 80011: On October 14, 2022 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that the employer did not ensure that portable grinders had safety guards while employees operated them to cut metal pipes. This condition exposed employees to lacerations and amputations.
