29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area. Establishment: The employer did not provide hazard communications training to employees exposed to hazardous chemicals such as but not limited to SCL Sterling Thin-X Latex Paint Thinner, PEAK ReadyUse 50/50 Prediluted Antifreeze & Coolant, and VHT Hi-Temp Engine Enamel Gloss Black . The employer did not provide any hazardous chemical training and did not have a program that was developed to include information such as, but not limited to the 16 sections of a safety data sheet, the employer's Hazardous Communications program, and the 9 pictograms found on warning labels.
