29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 1561 Fenton Circle, Lot 36 River Oaks, Foley, Alabama: On October 17, 2022; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 9 inches to the ground below. The Carlos Juarez dba Carlos Juarez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1463375, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 11589 Forsyth Loop Lot 90 Savannah Woods, Spanish Fort, Alabama and in OSHA inspection number 1461996, citation number 1, item number 3, group a and was affirmed as a final order on April 24, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at i Thistledown Loop, Lot 119 Churchill, Spanish Fort, Alabama .
