The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired: JOB SITE: 17395 Edison Avenue, Chesterfield, MO 63005, on or about 10/14/2022, the employer failed to fully document its inspections of walking working surfaces to ensure that employees fully covered any electrical cords with black mats or tape.
