29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: On or about October 12, 2022, an employee was exposed to unguarded moving segments of a chain conveyor and the ingoing nip point between the chain and the sprocket, resulting in an amputation injury to the employee's right pinky tip, at the company's Onarga, Illinois, facility.
