29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) At a jobsite located near Lot 5, SE 461 Road (West), Warrensburg, MO; employees were exposed to fall hazards when performing framing work. This was most recently documented on 17 Oct 22 when employees engaged in framing the top section of the structure were working at heights greater than 6 feet without any form of fall protection.
