29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located 2340 Fitzwater St, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about October 18, 2022, the employer did not ensure each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were conducting roofing operations from the third story without the use of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
