29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. Located in the Supervisor's Office, two relocatable power taps were not being used in accordance with instructions included in the listing and labeling. High amperage equipment including a microwave was plugged into a relocatable power tap outside of the area labeled "Planning and GIS" room. In the engineering room, there were two daisy chained power tabs being used to run the OWL conference speaker.
