A) 25 Bajart Place, Yonkers - NY: NY: Employees were exposed to head injuries while working below other employees that were working above them on the roof. The employees below were not protected by hard hats or any other type of head protection, on or about October 10th, 2022. J.O. Home Improvements, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1473910, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 22, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 324 Spook Rock Road in Suffern, NY.
