29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A):Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face or that interfered with valve function: (a) Caliber Collision at 10501 West Interstate 70 Frontage Road North Wheat Ridge, CO 80033: On or before 10/18/22 the employer did not ensure that all employees wearing tight-fitting respirators were clean shaven where the respirator met their faces. This condition exposed employees to fine particulates from sanding. Abatement Note: Abatement Certification is required for this item. See enclosed "Certification of Corrective Actions Worksheet."
