29 CFR  1926.1153(d)(2)(ii): The employer did not assess the 8-hour TWA exposure for each employee on the basis of any combination of air monitoring data or objective data sufficient to accurately characterize employee exposures to respirable crystalline silica:   a) At the site located along Veteran's Parkway, Savannah, GA: On or about December 8, 2022, the employer exposed employees to respirable silica in that monitoring was not performed to identify the potential for employee exposure to crystalline silica, for an employee who was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) of 30.6 ug/m3 while engaged in the cleaning of expansion joints.
