29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. (a) At a jobsite located at 1499 SW Market Street Lee's Summit MO; an employee was exposed to fall hazards. The employee was working on an overhang portion of the structure, greater than 6 feet from the ground without any form of fall protection.
