29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2)(ii):When walkways between scaffold sections are less than 18 inches wide, employees were not protected from falls by guardrail systems or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about October 19, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees were working on a scaffold with the working surface measuring 5.5-9 inches wide, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling approximately 12-feet to the ground below.

On or about October 19, 2022, and times prior thereto, employees were using a scaffold that was not erected by a competent person to install fascia on a new construction commercial building, exposing the employees to the hazard of falling approximately 12-feet to the ground below.
