OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a.) At the jobsite, located at 3427 Hampton RD Wauchula, FL 33873; on or about 10/14/22, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that employees were not provided with an adequate site assessment or fell training to determine whether a tree can be manually felled safely. The employer did not ensure that employees were given proper guidance and instruction on identifying hazards or verifying that manual tree felling procedures were used.
