29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces are maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) At Sonic Drive-In located at 395 Charlie Smith Senior Highway, Saint Mary's, GA 31558, on or about October 18, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to slip, trip, and fall hazards, in that the floor near the ice machine was not maintained free of water accumulation, protruding pipes, and broken tiles. The Panhandle Restaurant Group Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598633, citation number 1, item number2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 395 Charlie Smith Sr Hwy, Saint Marys, GA 31558.
