29 CFR 1910.132(f)(3)(iii): Inadequacies in affected employee knowledge or use of assigned PPE indicated that the employee had not retained the requisite understanding or skill for its proper selection and use. On or about October 12, 2022, the employer did not ensure to provide the proper personal protective equipment to an employee cleaning up a blood spill. This condition exposed an employee to health hazard.
