This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard. Salais Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1589598 , citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 621 Country Club Rd., El Paso, TX 79932.

On or about October 19, 2022, employees engaged in framing activities above 10 feet did not have any form of fall protection indicating that there were inadequacies of their knowledge of fall protection systems.
