OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating a monorail crane:   a) On or about October 18, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from struck-by hazards when operating the Series 2100 crane in the furnace room to transfer molten metal.  The crane had multiple deficiencies contributing to struck-by hazards, including lack of load rating markings, and lack of inspection and testing of load supporting components after modification.
