29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2):Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) UNIFORM SHOP BACK: A 15 Amp relocatable power tap was used to power a 1050W microwave and a 950W Hamilton Beach Duo coffee maker, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. b) UNIFORM PICK-UP COUNTER: Three 15 Amp APC surge arrestors with the ON switch tapped down were connected in series and used to power 3 monitors, 3 computer terminals, and 2 USB powered scanners, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. c) PUMP HOUSE: Three relocatable power taps were plugged into a single 3-way splitter and were powering a porta cooler, a radio, a Taylor water station, an SR Smith battery pack, a small refrigerator and an extension cord powering a portable air cooler, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards. d) PUMP HOUSE: A relocatable power tap was powering a 50ft extension cord with a second relocatable power tap connected to it. The second relocatable power tap was powering a battery charger and a phone charger, exposing employees to electrical and fire hazards.
