29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about 10/20/2022, at the Box Line, employees did not utilize lockout procedures when doing maintenance, such as but not limited to, changing air hose on the Case Clamp, exposing employees to amputation hazards if the Case clamp is energized while employees were working on it. b) On or about 10/20/2022, in the Bag House, employees did not utilize lockout procedures when doing maintenance, such as but not limited to, changing the bags of the dust collector, exposing employees to amputation hazards if the dust collector is energized while employees were working on it. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
