29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location 1: second floor, East side On or about 10/19/22, employees framing walls on the second floor were not protected from a fall hazard of 14 feet above a lower level. Location 2: second floor, West side On or about 10/19/22, employees removing the cable guard rails were not protected from a fall hazard of 25 feet above a lower level. Mr. Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1441274, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/06/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 872 Route 28 Harwich Port, MA 02646.
