29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Location 1: second floor, East side On or about 10/19/22, employees framing walls on the second floor were not protected from a fall hazard of 14 feet above a lower level. Location 2: second floor, West side On or about 10/19/22, employees removing the cable guard rails were not protected from a fall hazard of 25 feet above a lower level.
