29 CFR 1910.9(b): Training on hazards and related matters such as standards requiring employees receive training or that the employer train employees, provide training to employees, or institute or implement a training program, were not provided by the employer to each affected employee in the manner required by the standard. On October 20, 2022, the employer failed to fully document training of employees working in the EDV body department with regard to administrative controls to protect employees while lowering van bodies onto dollies using a Rotary two-post lift.
