Location - 118 East Main Street, Merrimac, MA On or about 10/20/2022, an employee was exposed to 9-foot fall hazards while performing roofing work without fall protection. The NG Enterprise Construction company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1524753, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/31/2021, with respect to a workplace located at 14 Wellesley Road, Nashua, NH.
