On or about October 20, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing painting operations from a Genie Articulating Boom Lift #B04973, approximately seventeen (17) feet six (6) inches above ground, were not wearing personal fall arrest or restraint systems, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
