29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a.  On or about October 20, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing painting operations from a Genie Articulating Boom Lift #B04973, approximately seventeen (17) feet six (6) inches above ground, were not wearing personal fall arrest or restraint systems, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.

On or about October 20, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing painting operations from a Genie Articulating Boom Lift #B04973, were not trained to recognize the hazards associated with working from an aerial lift, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
