29 CFR 1960.66(b): Federal agency injury and illness recording and reporting did not comply with the requirements under 29 CFR 1904, subparts C, D, E, and G, except that the definition of "establishment" found in 29 CFR 1960.2(h) will remain applicable to Federal agencies: a) At the establishment, on or about October 20, 2022 - The employer did not keep a separate OSHA 300 Log for their Pittsburgh VA Medical Center-University Drive and H. John Heinz III Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center establishments. Keeping the same OSHA 300 Log for both establishments does not comply with the requirements under 29 CFR 1094, Subpart D - Other OSHA Injury and Illness Recordkeeping Requirements, specifically 29 CFR 1904.30(a). NOTE: 29 CFR 1904.30(a): Basic requirement. You must keep a separate OSHA 300 Log for each establishment that is expected to be in operation for one year or longer.
