29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) At 143 East Deerfield Rd, Bloomingdale, GA: On October 18, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not used by employees that performed residential roofing activities.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement:  a)  At 143 East Deerfield Rd, Bloomingdale, GA: On October 18, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to a trip hazard, in that a protruding rebar of 3.5 inches above the concrete foundation of the residential construction was not guarded.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  a) At 143 East Deerfield Rd, Bloomingdale, GA: On October 18, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that a ladder used to gain access to the second level of the building did not have the side rails extended at least 3 feet (0.9 m) above the upper landing surface.
