On or about October 21, 2022, and at times prior thereto, in the warehouse, the employer did not ensure that the exit route was kept clear and unobstructed from equipment and other materials exposing employees to injuries in the event of an emergency. a. the exit route near the lockers was being obstructed by a pallet jack, boxes, and other materials; and b. the exit route near the electrical panels was obstructed by a box and a panel.
