29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  Worksite located at 3965 NE Lone Hill Road, Lees Summit, Missouri- Employees were using pneumatic nail guns which could cause eye trauma in which the employees were not wearing any means of eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  Worksite located at 3965 NE Lone Hill Road, Lees Summit,  Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on the edge of the building and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1):Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Worksite located at 3965 NE Lone Hill Rd, Lees Summit, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the ladder being used to access the upper landing surface did not extend at least three feet above the upper landing surface.
