(a) At the pallet house trailer: On or about 10/24/2022, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface of a semi trailer, with unprotected sides and edges of approximately 54 inches in height, was protected from falling to the surface below.

29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1): The employer did not provide training for each employee who uses personal fall protection systems or who is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart before any employee is exposed to a fall hazard. (a) At the pallet house trailer: On or about 10/24/2022, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 54 inches while working within a modified trailer without fall protection.
