29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) a) 779 Leipsic Road, Dover, DE 19901:On or about 10/25/2022, employees worked to replace metal roofing on a structure at heights in excess of 10 feet without any means of fall protection and where a program of frequent and regular inspection made by a competent person had not been implemented resulting in the observed fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) 779 N. Dupont Highway, Dover, DE 19901: On or about 10/25/2022, CSHO observed employees walking, working and standing on a the roof of a commercial structure at heights greater than 10 feet where there were no fall protection systems in place. CSHO observed several employees wearing fall protection but were not secured or tied off to anchor points.
