29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.    a) 2549 Circle Drive, Manahawkin NJ:  On or about  October 25, 22  Imperial Carpentry, LLC. a controlling, directing, and correcting employer for this jobsite, had not performed frequent and regular inspections of the worksite, by a competent person, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition(s).  As such, sub-contractor employees were conducting framing activities without the use of fall and head protection, as well as not utilizing extension ladders as required by the standard.       NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
