29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4):Safeguard(s) designed to protect employees during an emergency (e.g., sprinkler systems, alarm systems, fire doors, exit lighting), were not in proper working order at all times: a) 3457 Bull Road, York, PA, rear store sales floor emergency exit ? On or about October 25, 2022, the emergency exit light did not illuminate when tested. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
