29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  At the jobsite located at 17020 Flint Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet  from the working surface to the ground below. Employee was standing on a 2x8 plank without fall protection in place at heights above 14 feet.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   At the jobsite located at 17020 Flint Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet  from the working surface to the ground below. Employee(s) were standing on a deck without fall protection measures in place.   Sergio Gonzalez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1278944, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 05-07-2018, with respect to a workplace located at 12613 W. 165th St. Overland Park, KS 66062.
