On or about October 26, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while spray painting automobiles in a Zhongda paint booth that had an average speed below 100 linear feet per minute. b). On or about October 26, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while spray painting automobiles in a GFS paint booth that had an average speed below 100 linear feet per minute.

29 CFR 1910.107(e)(9):Flammable liquids for use in spraying operations were transferred from one container to another without both containers being effectively bonded and grounded to prevent discharge sparks of static electricity. On or about October 26, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fire hazard while transferring paint thinner from a 55 gallon drum to a smaller container without effective bonding and grounding.

29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: On or about October 26, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to undue physiological stress when sanding and painting automotive parts while wearing a respirator without a written respiratory protection program that covers elements such as, but not limited to: respirator selection, medical evaluation of employees, fit testing of employees, and training.
