On or about June 17, 2022 and times thereafter and prior to, employees were exposed to amputation hazard on the main shop floor while operating the Weinig D-6972 "Tauberbischofsheim U-17-AL" molder also known as "The Seventeen," without guards to prevent accidental employee contact with cutting surfaces.
