(a) Janitors Supply Room: On or before October 26, 2022, employees handled corrosive chemicals such as Spartan Biorenewables restroom cleaner where an emergency eye wash station in close proximity for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes was missing. The employer had not provided an eye wash station in the immediate vicinity resulting in the employees being potentially exposed to severe eye damage or blindness.
