29 CFR  1910.107(g)(2):   All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary:  a) In Line 1 paint booths, residue was found on walls, floors, floor grates and rail bed (depression housing rail for moving vehicles).  b) In Line 1 mixing room, residue was found on the table, wall, spray gun cleaner sink, cabinet, paint tint storage shelves, floor, and solvent based spray gun cleaning mechanism.  c) In Line 2 paint booths, residue was found on walls, floors, grates, railbed (depression housing rail for moving vehicles), and curtains.

29 CFR 1910.107(g)(5):  When cleaning spray nozzles and auxiliary equipment, solvents having flashpoints less than those normally used in spray operations were used:  a) In Line 1 Mixing booth Naked Gun VOC Compliant Gun Cleaner which has a flash point of 0.00 degrees F was used to manually clean clearcoat guns which used a solvent for spraying operations which has a 69 degrees F flash point.
