OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards due to a diesel fuel pump which was not adequately guarded from contact by vehicles and other equipment: (a) At the fuel pump: On or about 10/28/2022, the employer did not properly guard a diesel fuel pump from collision damage by vehicles and equipment, exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards.
