29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) In the Specialty Room: On or about October 27, 2022, the main electrical disconnect box was missing blank off plates in three spots, exposing employees to live electrical parts. b) In the CNC Room: On or about October 27, 2022, the step transformers that were used to power the Fox CNC machine were missing the bottoms, exposing employees to live electrical wiring.
