29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use:  At the jobsite located at 5868 Granada ln. Fairway, Kansas, employees engaged in roofing activities did not have access to Safety Data Sheets in the workplace for each hazardous chemicals  including but not limited gasoline, which is a skin, eye, and lung irritant, may depress the central nervous system and cause liver enlargement.

Fairway, Kansas, employees engaged in residential roofing activities, nailing down plywood, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9 feet from the edge of the roof to the ground below in that fall protection was not provided/utilized.
